Johnny Lorincz, the person behind the MuscleMechanicsUS concept, has been a fitness expert and wellness coach for over 20 years. In the past few years Johnny became a master trainer for ISSA and has held multiple personal training certificates from the same leading certification program: Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT), Specialist in Fitness Nutrition (SFN), Specialist in Exercise Therapy (SET), Specialist in Strength and Conditioning (SSC), Specialist in Senior Fitness (SSF) and Youth Fitness Trainer (YFT). Johnny dedicated his time to develop a completely new side of fitness called the "smart fitness", by creating unique training techniques based on the latest researches in fitness and health domain.
